Information for Presenters

The NLA/NEMA Conference is “going green” once again this year by asking attendees to print their own handouts. This means that presenters at conference will post handouts to this web site and not have to worry about how many copies to make and how to carry everything to the presentation. 

To post your handouts, please follow these instructions:

  • Handouts should be emailed to Megan Boggs: megan.boggs@sewardlibrary.org
  • Please put “NLA/NEMA Conference Handout” in the subject line
  • Please put the title of your presentation in the body of your email and on your presentation documents
  • Deadline for handout submission is October 16, 2009
  • Handouts may be sent in just about any format, they will be translated into .pdf files before posting
