NLA's Mission

The Nebraska Library Association supports and promotes all libraries, library media centers and library services in the state. Its foremost concerns are the professional development of its members, library advocacy, and open access to information for all citizens.

Membership

Personal Membership:
A Personal Membership gives you reduced registration rates at the annual state conference, a free membership in one of NLA's sections, a subscription to the NLAQ, and a voice in shaping shaping the future of library and information services in Nebraska.

Institutional Membership:
Any library, foundation, organization, or other institution interested in supporting the activities of this Association may become an Institutional member. Institutional members receive a one-year subscription to NLAQ and a free Conference registration for one employee. Institutional members are NOT voting members and Institutional membership does not replace a Personal membership.
