Why are there additional restrictions on Student registration this year?
Given this year's special low rates, we are unable to extend the Student rate as liberally as we have in the past. Therefore, we kindly ask that only students not being reimbursed by their employer register at the Student rate.
Some rates are far lower than previous years. Can we expect similar rates in future?
No. These year's low rates are an effort to decrease barriers to access for many of our members and to acknowledge the inconvenience of attending conference on a Saturday. Rates will increase back to average levels in 2019.
If I am presenting in more than one program but not attending the rest of conference, am I still eligible for the "Presentation Only" Rate?
No. The special Presentation Only rate is only for attendees presenting a single program.
Will the "Presentation Only" Rate be available in future years?
Probably not. This is a special rate for this year in an effort to increase the quality of presentations. Such a deeply discounted rate is not typical for conferences of our size and it is very unlikely it will be offered again.
